• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

5. Exchanges
